Lyle Churchill
Vice-President
Letter Carrier - Main Depot
I started my journey with Canada Post as a Letter Carrier in 2007 and after over 4 years as a term, went right into Full Time Letter Carrier. I have served as a Shop Steward for my work family at Main Depot for years although I only recently became Chief Steward. I have been Co-Chair for Main Depot LJHSC (with a slight hiatus) for just under 4 years. I am excited (possibly a little nervous) with this next step in my journey and look forward to facing new challenging opportunities.
Terri Reilly
Secretary-Treasurer
PO4 - Rosetown
Terri was the previous Sec-Treasurer for Local 824. Her knowledge and experience will continue to be an asset to the local in her new position.
Syed Fasih Bukhari
Grievance Officer
I am not the one who makes big claims but one thing I can assure you, I will treat every grievance as my own. I have never hesitated, even for a second, to challenge management if I see any violation of collective agreement. Always proactive when it comes to safeguarding members interest. I can promise that I will continue with the same approach, members’ interests come first, everything else second.
Health & Safety Officer
My name is Tyler Cloutier, and I have spent my entire career as a letter carrier with Canada Post. Early in my career I completed the CUPW shop steward education, which helped shape my approach to workplace representation and supporting my colleagues. I pride myself on being approachable and someone coworkers feel comfortable speaking with.
I have continued to build my knowledge through additional training, including Mental Health in the Workplace education through CUPW and recently completing a Psychological Health and Safety program through the University of Fredericton.
Over the past few years, my main passion at work has been health and safety. As an active member of the Local Joint Health and Safety (LJHS) Committee, I take great pride in seeing the work our team does lead to real improvements for our coworkers on the street, in the depots, and at the SMPP. It’s rewarding to know that the efforts we put in together help create safer and healthier workplaces for everyone.

Communications Officer
Letter Carrier - Main Depot
Hello! I’ve been a letter carrier since 2018 and have spent some time at all the depots in the city, now making my home at the Main. Since I’ve been at Canada Post I’ve met some amazing people who have helped me with work issues, personal issues and now I feel it’s my turn to give back. As Communications Officer my goal is to spread information to our membership and the public that puts our message, not the Corporations, first.
